In June 2008 BCHA
converted to charitable status and has established a non-charitable subsidiary, Beechdale Community Development Limited for the purposes of commercial development or acquisition.
We work with our residents and local organisations to continue to make Beechdale a better place to live and work and to encourage a sustainable community. We seek to deliver excellent local services and promote a range of community activities from our office based at the centre of the estate.
