  • work with other agencies and community organisations to promote equal opportunities and seek to eliminate discrimination and harassment

  • provide training and development opportunities to ensure that there is a broad understanding of equal opportunities and diversity issues

  • use our understanding of your needs to drive service improvement, to deliver high quality services and to support a thriving neighbourhood

What we expect from you:

  • to be fair in your dealings with us

  • not to discriminate against your neighbours, other residents, our staff, our contractors or any other person for any reason

  • to report to us any incidents of apparent discrimination of which you are aware

  • to report to us any graffiti that you notice in Beechdale, especially if it is of a racist nature or discriminatory in any other way

  • to let us know if you feel we have not acted in accordance with these standards
