At the Tenants’ Forum in June 2009, our resident’s decided the order in which they wanted the Estate Walkabouts to take place. Priorities such as anti-social behaviour, rubbish and garage sites were top of your issues. Our resident's wanted to see monthly walkabouts and these will take place between March to November. In advance of each Walkabout we tell all residents living in the area the date, time and meeting place and we also invite Walsall Council, the Police and local Councillors to join us. Afterwards, we come back to BCHA, have a cuppa and agree an action plan for improvement.

- Stephenson Square – took place on 6th August 2009
- Hadley Road and Hadley Way – took place on 17th September 2009
- Remington Road – took place on 22nd October 2009
- Mason Road & Lister Road – took place on 26th November 2009

All areas will under normal circumstances be looked at from 2:30pm and the normal meeting place will be the road that will be looked at.
