Getting Involved

We actively encourage our tenants to get involved in shaping our services at whatever level they feel comfortable with and we have a range of different ways that you can do this. 

We have a number of service interest groups that you might be interested in being involved with.  These are:

·         Disability Interest Group (DIG’s)

·         Repairs Interest Group (RIG’s)

·         Customer Service Interest Group (CSIG’s)

·         Anti-Social Behaviour Interest Group (ASBIG)

·         Income Services Interest Group (ISIG)

However, you may be happy to come to our Tenants’ Forum which is held quarterly where we have lots of interesting things to tell you and want to hear your views.  

Alternatively you may only want to get involved by to complete some surveys or feedback forms, etc and not attend any meetings – this will also be a valuable help to us. 

We are also looking to set up four Residents’ Associations on Beechdale within the next few months and an Environmental Interest Group. If you are interested in any of the above please let us know – we would love to hear from you.
